New details in Cracker Barrel murders | News
BROOKLYN, OH (WOIO)- 19 Action News has learned of a new twist into the deadly rampage shooting at a local Cracker Barrel restaurant.
The State Attorney General's Office has finished its investigation and have turned their findings over to the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor.
In April, police say Kevin Allen killed his wife and two young children. Brooklyn police then shot and killed Allen.
The prosecutor will rule whether or not Kevin Allen's fatal shooting was justified. Seems like it. 19 Action News could learn more about why police did not go inside the restaurant to confront Allen.
